Music students get i-pads
KERSHAW COUNTY (WIS) - Students at one Kershaw County elementary school are using i-pads to learn music.
Doby's Mill Elementary School music teacher Helen Walker received a grant from the South Carolina Department of Education to buy i-pads for students to use in music class.
Students use the devices to create and explore music using virtual instruments and interactive musical web sites.
Walker is the Kershaw County School District's Teacher of the Year.
