A Palmetto Cash 5 ticket purchased from Mercers Country Store at 1216 Red Hill Road in Camden for Monday evening’s drawing matched all five numbers drawn to win $400,000. The ticket holder “Powered-Up” for an additional $1, to see the $100,000 top prize multiplied to $400,000.
