• About the Production

The play begins with the young bunny avoiding bedtime, wildly jumping on the bed insisting that "boys don't need beauty sleep." Every parent will sympathize with the pleading of the quiet old lady whispering, "Hush."

Watch as Bunny's great green room magically comes alive as he dances and sings his way to sweet dreams through nursery rhyme scenes with dancing bears with chairs, the Cat and the Fiddle, and the Cow Jumping Over the Moon! Bunny’s antics go over and beyond what happens in the book, sure to delight children in the audience.

The cast includes Paul Lindley, II as the Bunny; Kim Harne as the Old Lady Bunny; Elizabeth Stepp as the Dog; Anthony Harvey and Hannah Mount as the Kittens and Musical Bears; Evelyn Clary as the Mouse; and Leo Smith as the Tooth Fairy. Goodnight Moon is directed by Jerry Stevenson, choreographed by Layton Mount, with Dianne Palmer-Quay serving as musical director.

"We are delighted to bring this great classic tale to the FAC," says Director of Marketing, Jane Peterson. "It has been a tremendous hit in Columbia, and I know that Camden audiences will be pleased with the production."
